Cedarbrook Camp Southern California is a non-denominational Christian camp located in the San Bernardino Mountains, above Big Bear Lake. Our summer ministry is to individuals and churches who seek a week-long outdoor camp where Christ is modeled in all that we do. We also provide fall and spring events for mothers and daughters, as well as a women’s retreat.
Our camping history began in 1946 as Camp Cherith Southern California. Where we were located at Sky Meadows Camp. We are now located at Camp Osito Rancho, but our desire and mission stays the same. Our desire is to continue the legacy of providing a relationship based Christian camping opportunity.
During Camp Sessions we make every effort to encourage and support campers’ growth in their personal relationship with God by providing opportunities to:
During Camp Sessions we provide opportunities for campers to experience and build successful, positive individual and community relationships that are consistent with Biblical principles.
During Camp Sessions we provide opportunities for campers to have fun, discover and celebrate their God-given value, uniqueness and abilities, develop increased competence and self-confidence, courage, and perseverance through learning and improving in challenging, skill-building activities.
During Camp sessions campers will develop a deeper appreciation of God’s creation and an increased sense of our environmental stewardship responsibilities. Campers will enjoy and feel comfortable in the outdoor environment and care for it appropriately.
